Email Lis was headhunted by Goldschmidt & Howland in 1990, having worked in the area for 4 years previously. Initially joining the flats department, Lis was soon promoted to Flat Sales Manager and then moved to House Sales in 1996. Working her way through the ranks she became our first female Director in 2001 and now oversees the entire Sales Division as well as the marketing and advertising for the group. “I believe that the secret of my success and my team is that we care. After all these years I hope that my passion about the industry and love of making peoples' dreams come true still shines through”. |

Email Nibs has over 7 years of experience within the Hampstead property market, combined with his professionalism and local knowledge he is able to provide all of our clients with an elite service. Headhunted for the house sales team from a local competitor, Nibs was soon promoted to House Sales Manager and was made an Associate Director in 2008. Nibs is the newest member of the Operational Directors Board and with him he brings knowledge, insight and a passion to keep Goldschmidt & Howland at the top of the industry. |

Groups Lettings Director
Email Jo has over 10 years experience in the lettings industry dealing with all aspects of the market and joined Goldschmidt & Howland in 2003 to head up the lettings department in their new Little Venice branch. After playing an integral part in the growth and success of that branch, she was promoted to Group Lettings Manager in 2005 and went on to oversee the entire lettings operation including the start up of the lettings departments when the company expanded in 2006 and 2007 with the opening of 3 new branches. Jo was promoted to Group Lettings Director in 2009. |

Initially joining the flats department, Bambos was soon promoted to Flat Sales Manager and then moved to overseeing Group Flats Sales in 2006. Spearheading our successful Flats group, he has brought a dynamic edge of leadership that has spread throughout the departments ensuring that every contact with Goldschmidt & Howland receives the personal care and attention that should be expected. Working his way through the ranks he became a Director in 2009. |
