Goldschmidt & Howland are members of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) formed in 1981 as the professional and regulatory body for letting agents and NALS (the National Approved Lettings Scheme), an accreditation scheme for lettings and management agents offering peace of mind to landlords and tenants. We hold substantial professional indemnity insurance and are fully bonded through the association.
