David Kalms has been involved in residential agency for in excess of 12 years and has an in-depth knowledge of St John’s Wood, Regents Park, Primrose Hill and Little Venice. More recently, he has specialised in the sale and acquisition of development opportunities in and around the London area and working with clients offering advice on market trends, investments and refurbishment projects.
