    We were fortunate to find an estate agent, Nathan Taylor. Nathan listened very carefully to our requirements. He had excellent local knowledge not only of properties on the market but, amazingly, found us a property that was not yet on the market. Once the price was agreed he kept a close watch on the sale making sure that both the seller and ourselves were comfortable with the process thus saving us stress when the legal procedures seemed a little slow. Nathan is a very dedicated agent who obviously loves his work. These are among his many excellent qualities which I’ve no doubt achieves the very best outcome for both sellers and buyers.

He was a breath of fresh air compared to the other agents from other companies we dealt with. He spoke to us both (man & woman) as equals which is far less common than it should be. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to pull the wool over our eyes. He was comfortable to say when he didn’t know something but always came back promptly with the answer.
