    We bought our flat through Neil Probert at Goldschmidt. We had a fantastic experience. Neil was extremely proactive moving things forward and very helpful at every stage. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the other agents from other companies we dealt with. He spoke to us both (man & woman) as equals which is far less common than it should be. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to pull the wool over our eyes. He was comfortable to say when he didn’t know something but always came back promptly with the answer.     We would like to say how very pleased and impressed we were with Jeremy Landes, and all the advice he gave that led to our purchase of 27 Corringham Court, Corringham Road. He gave good advice on what we should do in the way of refurbishment (which we are now following), and helped us decide on the asking price.
