Having been in retail sales for 23 years from shop floor to director of his own company, Howard decided to have a change of career when his business was bought by a large chain. He grew up in Hampstead and trained as an estate agent in the area in 1999, joining our House Department in 2001. His determination and hard work has paid off as he won the 2003 award for 'The Most Successful Sales Negotiator'.
