    Goldschmidt & Howland Hampstead is by far the most professional branch of an estate agency I have ever dealt with. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy in North London. The team in Hampstead helped my partner and I secure an incredible rented property in Belsize Park. Two people stood out to us. Firstly, we were extremely impressed with Elliot Gold's professionalism and diligence when he took us around the property. Elliot is very personable and able to build rapport and trust. He patiently answered all of our questions and clearly understood what we were hoping to achieve. In particular, he went above and beyond what might be expected of him by answering all of our questions after the viewing (whether by text or on the phone) and facilitating the close of the deal.     We would like to say how very pleased and impressed we were with Jeremy Landes, and all the advice he gave that led to our purchase of 27 Corringham Court, Corringham Road. He is a complete professional in every respect —unfailingly courteous, full of knowledge of the market, quick to respond from our very first contact with him to arrange a viewing, and very prompt in answering all our queries and following them through. He gave good advice on what we should do in the way of refurbishment (which we are now following), and helped us decide on the asking price. We felt he had years of experience, and could be trusted completely. We are trying to sell our house in Queen’s Park at the moment, and he gave us some excellent advice on how to proceed with our current agents. He offered to put us in touch with your office in West Hampstead, but did not push this, when he realised that we were probably OK without getting another agent involved.
