    The service we have enjoyed from the West Hampstead branch has been exceptional from start to finish. Harrison found us a lovely apartment, arranged viewings on the shortest of notice, answered our questions quickly and professionally, kept us constantly updated, and even gave us his mobile number to contact him over the holiday period (despite the offices being closed). Carly then ensured that the tenancy process was swift, smooth and trouble-free.     We bought our flat through Neil Probert at Goldschmidt. We had a fantastic experience. Neil was extremely proactive moving things forward and very helpful at every stage. He was a breath of fresh air compared to the other agents from other companies we dealt with. He spoke to us both (man & woman) as equals which is far less common than it should be. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to pull the wool over our eyes. He was comfortable to say when he didn’t know something but always came back promptly with the answer. He would highly recommend him to anyone.
