    We just exchanged on our house in Hampstead after only having put it on the market a very short time ago with Goldschmidt and Howland. They didn't waste my time with time wasters infact they only brought 3 or 4 potential buyers over who all made bids. In the end we got the price we wanted and the whole process was smooth and conducted in record time even with the pandemic making it harder than usual. Nice, professional people to do business with!

He gave good advice on what we should do in the way of refurbishment (which we are now following), and helped us decide on the asking price.
