We were fortunate to find an estate agent, Nathan Taylor. Nathan listened very carefully to our requirements. He had excellent local knowledge not only of properties on the market but, amazingly, found us a property that was not yet on the market. Once the price was agreed he kept a close watch on the sale making sure that both the seller and ourselves were comfortable with the process thus saving us stress when the legal procedures seemed a little slow.
